Meet Attorney Natalie Sanchez

I am a committed personal injury attorney, passionate about advocating for my clients and fighting for justice. Growing up in Southeast Houston, I learned the importance of hard work and perseverance — qualities that have shaped my career and guide me in every case I take on. As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the power of determination, and I bring this dedication to every client I represent.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Rice University, where I majored in English and minored in Sociology and Business. While at Rice, I developed leadership skills as Cheer Captain and honed my ability to connect with and inspire others. In 2018, I joined a personal injury firm and quickly discovered my passion for helping those who have been wronged. Since then, I have led a litigation docket of 30+ cases, successfully settling many at mediation and preparing clients thoroughly for depositions and trial.

My experience includes drafting lawsuits, reviewing discovery responses, gathering evidence, and negotiating fair settlements. I’ve also had the privilege of first-chairing a personal injury trial, managing every stage from voir dire to closing arguments. Beyond litigation, I oversee service of process, conduct defendant research, and ensure that settlements are properly executed and funds are handled responsibly in trust accounts.

I take pride in mentoring case managers and litigation paralegals, creating a collaborative environment that ensures cases are handled with both precision and care. I also manage a Guardian Ad Litem docket, working closely with GALs, clients, and attending Minor Settlement Hearings.

My philosophy is simple: personal, compassionate representation. I meet with clients to ensure they understand every step of their case, and I carefully craft motions, responses, and communications with opposing counsel and insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcome — whether through settlement or trial.
